Called and made appointment to get a quote after receiving a flyer in my mailbox. They gave me a time that they would be here which was anywhere between 1:00 and 5:00. Sent me a text for me to confirm the appointment and I did and sent me a reminder the morning of and who would be coming which I appreciated. I made sure I was home all day. They never showed up or called to let me know they weren’t coming or why they didn’t come!

Exceptional skill at falling trees away from structures, professional friendly staff with hustle, sufficient and working equipment, no breakdowns I saw. I had 9 saws running at once for a 45 tree removal project avg height 60'. They brought as many as 14 people out hauling debris, picking up sticks, very efficient operations with very little standing around. And artist on a grader and their attitude and efforts are professional and they want customer satisfaction. On the business side, their prices are very fair and I have already recommended them to several neighbors and am considering switching a commercial contract for a 50 acre annual maintenance job over to this company. Very recommended!!!

I was very disappointed in the service my family received. His unprofessionalism is literally tracked all though my yard. He took shortcuts by driving his equipment throughout the yard leaving the yard a mess. This is unfortunate, because we like to support Family Businesses. He called us “you people” and made racist and mean comments. I couldn’t believe that we were going through this in 2022 by a minority own business. Very Sad. I pray they get it together so one have to experience what we went through. This was a medium project that we were contracting them to do and frankly it was outside of their purview. There actions went beyond a BREACH. The BBB will be notified.
